Managing Your Software Manuals with Calibre

Downloading and installing your new shareware program can be very fun. You can try out your new software, and you can test it to see whether it actually helps to improve your life.
Often, when you get a new software program, you tend to dive right into it without reading the manual. You only tend to read the manual when you face problems later down the track, or when you feel confused about how to actually use the program. As more and more information becomes digitized, so too are the manuals for software programs. You may have plenty of manuals on your computer that are in the ebook format, usually as a PDF.
When you finally come to a problem with one of your computer programs, you may have to search desperately through your computer files because all your software manuals are scattered within your hard drive. You could use an ebook management program, such as Calibre, to help you organize all of your ebooks including your electronic software manuals.
With your ebooks and manuals all organized within your computer, you will feel less stress, particularly during the most important situations when you are keen to find an answer to your software questions immediately. As you download and install more programs and updates onto your computer, you can easily add the included software manual into your ebook library database so that it can be easily referred to in the future.
